Description
For this new Only Watch edition the AdC team wanted to take another step forward and the AdC30 is the result. It is a very special and unique timepiece which also comes with a new in-house calibre (M284), a case with an enhanced design and a dial handmade by the team in Barcelona for the first time.
True to this goal, the design of the handmade 18K grey gold case has been improved giving a larger stepped shape of the lugs. It is a delicate case that combines perfectly with a very original sandwich dial with a complex execution. The result is a noticeable exquisite look.
The calibre M284 is the new AdC’s in-house movement, and it comes with a special handmade frosting decoration different from the regular M284 version. Its timeless look is totally aligned with the brand DNA, evoking the past with an architecture inspired in the calibres from the 1940's.
A rich mixture of high-end traditional finishes such as handmade frosting, anglage, perlage, polished countersinks, straight graining, étirage des flancs, black polish and beveled screws make it unique.

Specificities:
The whole watch (case, calibre and dial) has been especially created for the 10th Edition of the Only Watch auction. Creating unique timepieces is one of the AdC core values, so the idea to create one so special has again been an honor that will remain in our memories forever.

Atelier de Chronométrie
Atelier de Chronométrie was born in Barcelona in 2014 and is the embodiment of a romantic understanding of high-end watchmaking by a small team led by Santiago Martínez. Since then, their commitment has seen a return to the past of the art of artisanal watchmaking. Striving to recover the essence of this art which encapsulates manual processes where the hand is the key, and aesthetically, forging a timeless design inspired in the 30’s-40’s of the past/ the 20th century.
Our dream is to transform the acquisition of a watch into an unrepeatable experience where the collector plays a part in his watch creation. To achieve this, we use the unlimited freedom that artisanal work offers to make one-of-a-kind timepieces, taking uniqueness to the highest level.
